Wine Dinner January 30, 2018

Join us January 30th, 6-9pm, for a night of food and wine with Nibblesworth and Master Wines. Enjoy six courses with six wines for $65/person.

Melvyn Master of Master Wines will be hosting the evening, guiding you through his wines including Tortoise Creek Wines, each paired with a unique course from Nibblesworth.

II: Soup Course 
Veloute of Smoked Cabbage, Parsnips, Peanut Glazed Rimrack Grilled Scallop, Sorrel Infused Herb Oil, Sprouting Asian Onion, Fried House Butternut Rice Noodle.


III: Appetizer Course
Sous Vide Turnip Confit, Honey Wine Sauce, Kombu Dust.
